Mexican artist Héctor Zamora took New York by storm last August when he installed his elegant site-specific sculpture on The Met's roof garden. On view until December 7, Lattice Detour (2020) is a delicate curved wall of perforated bricks. It casts a complex network of shadows which play with and respond to the breathtaking cityscape laying beyond.
