Art businesses on both sides of the Atlantic are adapting to changes in anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. At the beginning of 2020, the UK implemented the European Union's new AML directive, while in October the US Department of Treasury issued an advisory that identified the art market as a focus of its enforcement efforts.This conversation brought together legal experts and leading gallerists to discuss what these developments mean for the market.
