<p>Explore the <strong>Art Basel Shop</strong>, an exclusive experience on-site during Art Basel Paris.</p>
<p>Curated by Sarah Andelman, co-founder and former creative director of the iconic Parisian concept store Colette, and founder of Just An Idea, the shop brings uninhibited, intelligent joy to Art Basel's offerings. Andelman, known as the ultimate arbiter of &lsquo;style, design, art, and food,&rsquo; curates a selection of products inspired by the fair's artists and history. &lsquo;Elevating art is important, but it&rsquo;s also vital for the art world to break down some walls,&rsquo; says Andelman of the shop&rsquo;s mission.</p>
<p>Featuring a mix of art, books, magazines, fashion, mementos, and Art Basel-owned products, the in-person-only store offers a curated selection of artist pieces from participating galleries, as well as new and exclusive items. These range from small denominations to several thousand for editioned pieces and items.</p>

<p>In Paris, the Art Basel Shop will feature an original collection inspired by <a href="https://www.artbasel.com/stories/art-basel-shop-paris-claire-fontaine-collaboration-merchandising">Claire Fontaine</a>, the feminist conceptual artist collective founded in Paris in 2004 by Fulvia Carnevale and James Thornhill. This collection will showcase distinctive products and publications that embody Claire Fontaine’s renowned style.</p>
<p>The shop will also present a range of new, exclusive, surprising and rare collectibles across art, design, fashion, and publishing, available to fair visitors and the public for a limited time during Art Basel.</p>
<p>Additionally, the shop will feature new Heritage and Art Basel Logo Collections. This collection draws on archival materials, graphics, and logos, paying homage to Art Basel’s legacy and its influential role in the art world.</p>

<p>The Art Basel Shop in Paris will be situated on the ground floor of the Grand Palais, in the heart of the French capital. It will be open to the public from <strong>October 18 to 20</strong>, with exclusive VIP Preview access available on <strong>October 16 and 17</strong>.</p>
