With the support of two in-house curators, new commissions are realised across a variety of scales and media, enabling artists to explore new territories in their practice. The team follows each carte blanche commission process from inception to exhibition. The nomadic programme fosters collaborations with cultural institutions around the world to present commissions to global audiences.
Audemars Piguet Contemporary&rsquo;s latest commission, Natasha Tontey&rsquo;s Primate Visions: Macaque Macabre, is on view at Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Nusantara (Museum MACAN), Jakarta, from 16 November 2024 through 6 April 2025.

<div class="ewa-rteLine">Ruinart returns to Art Basel Miami Beach with a continuation of the &ldquo;Conversations with Nature&rdquo; experience - an interactive Champagne bar which conceptualizes the Maison&rsquo;s latest Carte Blanche initiative. This year, six artists from around the world have interpreted their relationship with nature, in line with Ruinart&rsquo;s enlightened vision of life, through vibrant contemporary works designed to reconnect. One of the artists, Brazilian sculpturist Henrique Oliveira, will debut his piece in Miami for the first time at Basel alongside Ruinart.</div>

The Rabanne Arts Factory, part of a wider partnership powered by DAZED, continues La Maison&rsquo;s legacy of championing under-represented artists via a worldwide search for the next generation of digital image-makers. In June, the competition collaborated with Art Basel: Basel, where judges Julien Dossena and Jefferson Hack led a discussion on &ldquo;Opening Spaces for New Imagery&rdquo;. Lucy Ellis, an experimental animator studying for a BA in Fine Art with Creative Computing, has now been selected as the winner. Lucy will showcase her work, which explores the physical proximity between humans and devices, in an Arts Factory space in the Grand Ballroom Public Lounge at Art Basel Miami Beach.
