• The Group Representative is required to collect an official wristband (labelled "Group Visit") from the Information Desk at Expo Drive Entrance.
• Each Group Representative must wear the Wristband (labelled "Group Visit") and accompany the group at all times during the visit to indicate completion of official registration.
• Group Visits are accepted as outlined:
  • VIP Days
    • Wednesday, March 26, 2025, 12pm to 3pm: no group visit or tour to be conducted
    • Wednesday, March 26, 2025, 3pm to 8pm: maximum 8 per group
    • Thursday, March 27, 2025, 12pm to 8pm: maximum 8 per group
  • Public Days
    • Friday, March 28, 2025, 12pm to 8pm: maximum 8 per group
    • Saturday, March 29, 2025, 12pm to 8pm: maximum 8 per group
    • Sunday, March 30, 2025, 11am to 6pm: maximum 8 per group

• Group Representatives are responsible for the behaviour of their groups.
• Groups are not allowed to place any signage within the show area.
• Please refer to Rules of Visitors to ensure a smooth visit
• Groups should be mindful of other visitors and keep their voice to a respectable volume.
• No food or drinks are allowed within the Halls.
• Photography is allowed for personal use only. No flash, tripods, or video recording is permitted. Photographer requires permission of the gallerist if taking pictures within booths. Please also note that press and promotional photography and filming are taking place on these premises.
• Large bags must be checked at Coat Checks available at the show.

Due to the fragility of certain artworks and booth space restrictions, the galleries listed in the 'Group Visit Refusal List' are not open for group visits. The list will be announced soon.
